I have been in the metal building industry for over 25 years. I enjoy fishing and traveling with friends and family. With a humble start as a Detailer/Drafter, then Drafting Manager, to a Systems Programming Admin assisting with quoting and designing metal buildings I have just about seen it all. When called upon, I plainly explain the facts, and use my knowledge to the best of my abilities to help our customers achieve their building as if it were my own.

Customers usually react to this and find it refreshing that we don't keep deposits if no work is done, we don't over charge on change orders, and we DO include parts and pieces as standard because we know what makes a better building. This upfront approach has allowed us to build relationships with our customers, not just be their metal building supplier. We are not a publicly held company. We have no board of directors telling us what we can and cannot do. If we see that something needs to change, the change is made. Simply put, this efficiency helps us process your project with less stress, and projects deliver as they should on time and on budget.

Josh Miller

Hi, I’m Joshua Miller, a Project Consultant with Box Metal Buildings. For over 10 years, I’ve helped customers design and build steel structures ranging from aircraft hangars and shops to agricultural buildings, churches, commercial spaces, and homes. My approach is simple – provide honest guidance and old-school customer service from the first conversation all the way through to project completion. I’m always ready to step in and help. I work closely with both customers and contractors to make sure the process is smooth, questions are answered quickly, and projects stay on schedule. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing an idea turn into a finished building and knowing I helped make the process easier for everyone involved.

When I’m not helping customers plan their next project, I’m spending time with my wife and our four kids – usually outdoors or enjoying time at the lake.

What sets me apart is my commitment to exceptional customer service and availability. I believe communication is everything, so my clients always know they can reach me when they need answers, updates, or guidance.

My goal is to make the entire process simple, transparent, and stress-free, while delivering a building that exceeds expectations. Outside of work, I’m a big sports fan and a proud supporter of the Arkansas Razorbacks, so I bring that same competitive spirit and commitment to winning into every project I take on. Cory Hann, P.E.

Engineering Manager, Partner
Over 25 Years Experience

Working in metal building design for over 25 years, I have experienced a wide range of building situations. The industry has experienced a lot of changes through these years with improved materials, testing of metal building framing systems, and continually changing building codes. My experience gives me great insight into the options available to best design your project to be safe, functional, and use materials efficiently.

In the past I have also worked as a steel detailer, and this experience has given me an advantage in creating designs that are the most simple to fabricate and erect. I have also worked as a Senior Design Engineer, Engineering Manager, and served eight years on the Technical Committee for MBMA (Metal Building Manufacturers Association).

In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, hiking, camping, and mountain biking the many wonderful trails we are blessed with here in Arkansas.

Eric Reed

Drafting Manager
Over 25 Years Experience

I'm Eric, and I've been hands-on in the metal building industry since 1999. I got my start as a welder and fitter in the fabrication shop, then spent time out in the field fixing real-world issues and mistakes on jobsites. That ground-level experience taught me exactly what works (and what doesn't) when it comes to turning drawings into actual buildings.

For more than 25 years now, I've been in drafting, where my fabrication background has been a huge advantage in creating clear, practical drawings that make fabrication and erection smoother for everyone involved. I've led drafting teams for over 20 years, focusing on getting the details right so our customers get buildings that fit their needs without headaches. When I'm not working, you'll find me behind a camera doing photography, designing and 3D printing my own models, wrenching on vehicles to fix or customize them, or still firing up the welder in my home shop for personal projects.

Mandy Reed

Shipping Coordinator

Mandy plays a key role in keeping projects moving smoothly once they’re in motion. She coordinates shipping and logistics to make sure materials arrive when they should and everything stays on track.
