No. This estimate is for the metal building kit only, including design, manufacturing, and delivery. It does not include concrete, labor/erection, site work, permits, or utilities.
Why does metal building pricing vary so much?
Steel building costs vary based on engineering requirements, local building codes, wind and snow loads, environmental requirements, and customization options. Two buildings with the same footprint can have very different prices when they are delivered to different locations.
Do I need to request a quote to get pricing?

What information is needed for a more accurate estimate?
Typically location, intended use, roof type, door and window sizes, accessories, insulation requirements, and local code requirements. Providing these details allows us to refine engineering and pricing.
Are there minimum building sizes?
Box Metal Buildings requires a minimum building size of 20 feet wide, 25 feet long, and 8 feet 6 inches tall. Projects under 500 square feet typically fall outside our manufacturing capabilities, so we generally are not the right fit for very small buildings.
